All our mugs are different because they are all glazed and fired in small batches. They are also dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe. The glaze is lead-free so it is food safe.

I bought these mugs 13 years ago for all the family as a momento of our first family holiday in Dingle and they have been so durable. Washed in dishwasher, heated in microwave with much loved hot chocolate etc. Fantastic quality but they also look beautiful. I’ve ordered extras over the years as gifts.

We visited Ireland this July with wool and pottery the take home priorities. Finding Penny’s Pottery was the highlight of shopping. I love this look and the many pieces we brought home survived carry-on travel. I am now trying to figure out my Christmas shopping list. If you like usable pottery don’t miss this shop. Coffee and cake outside with the chickens was a bonus.
